Members’ Details

We collect details about our allotment members and associates. These details are stored on a cloud storage system, in our allotment email account and on our Mailchimp newsletter account.

We never share our members’ details with other organisations unless given express permission to do so, or requested to by the police or the council. If you decide to give up your plot and are no longer a member, we will keep your details on file for up to three years before deleting them permanently.
